Digital Pitch Week
Digital Pitch Week is Partnership in Arts’ curated virtual marketplace for film, television, and streaming projects. Hosted quarterly, it brings together selected producers and project teams with an invite-only audience of investors, distributors, platforms, and strategic partners.
Each edition of Digital Pitch Week is designed to be focused, structured, and highly productive—creating an environment where decision-makers can discover projects, ask meaningful questions, and explore next steps for collaboration.
About the Program
Digital Pitch Week is not a general open call. It is a curated, invite-only series of virtual pitch sessions featuring a limited number of projects each quarter. Sessions are organized by format or focus—such as feature films, television series, or streaming projects—so attendees can quickly understand what is being presented and how it aligns with their goals.
Partnership in Arts prepares both presenters and attendees in advance, ensuring that each session has a clear structure, defined expectations, and room for follow-up conversation.
What to Expect During Digital Pitch Week
Curated Project Slates
Each session features a small number of carefully selected projects, giving attendees the time and space to truly understand the creative vision, audience, and partnership potential behind each title.
Structured Virtual Sessions
Presenters share overviews, decks, and materials in a live virtual setting with time allocated for questions and discussion. Sessions are intentionally paced to support decision-making and next steps.
Relationship-Focused Follow-Up
After each session, attendees may request additional information, meetings, or introductions. PiA helps facilitate follow-up conversations so promising partnerships can move forward.

Quarterly, Invite-Only Format
Digital Pitch Week is hosted on a quarterly basis. To protect both presenters and partners, participation is by invitation only. This ensures that:
- Projects presented are aligned with what investors and partners are actively seeking.
- Attendees are vetted, professional decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Sessions are focused, with a manageable number of projects and participants.
If you are invited to attend or present, you will receive a private email with full details, including session times, access links, and any required pre-event steps. Registration pages are not listed publicly and are only accessible via these private links.
How the Digital Pitch Week Process Works
1. Curation
PiA reviews projects, partners, and strategic interests to shape each quarter’s session lineup and guest list.
2. Invitation
Selected producers and partners receive invitations outlining the event schedule, focus, and participation details.
3. Live Sessions
Over the course of the week, presenters share their projects in structured virtual sessions with time reserved for questions and discussion.
4. Follow-Up
PiA coordinates follow-up interest, introductions, and next steps to help promising conversations progress toward partnership.
Confidentiality & NDAs
To create a safe space for producers to share in-development projects, Digital Pitch Week incorporates confidentiality and NDA requirements where appropriate. Attendees may be asked to review and accept a Non-Disclosure Agreement before gaining access to specific session details or materials.
These measures are designed to protect creative work while still enabling transparent, honest conversations about partnership, financing, and distribution.
